Making the Best of a Rainy Day

Don't let the rain get the best of your style. Keep your locks in check with an effortless braided hairstyle.

A Braided Up Do:

  • Keep a side part and separate two sections of hair.
  • Make a loose french braid on both sides, secure with a small elastic leaving some hair out at the nape of the neck.
  • Gently pull parts of braid to keep a loose, full look.
  • Pin remaining hair up into the nape of the neck.
  • Pull pieces of hair out in the back to keep it effortless and sexy.

Products Used:

  • TIGI Rock-a-holic "Dirty Secret" Dry Shampoo
  • Aquage Transforming Paste (for texture at the ends of hair)
  • Bed Head "Hard Head" Hairspray

BIG HAIR Side Braid:

  • Tease hair at the crown of the head.
  • Smooth any remaining frizz and distribute hair to a desired side
  • Braid starting at the nape of the neck.
  • Secure with elastic and gently looses braid
  • Leave out layers or fringe in front for a "chic-er" look
